Panama City - Monday morning. Maria's friend was a gift from her sisters. She named her Marta.
Daddy and Maria riding in the "cara".In Santiago Monday evening, Maria discovered her passion for shopping at the "Mashitazo" (Panama's version of Wal-Mart)! There was a McDonald's as well and a KFC with an indoor playground - Adele would have loved it!
Maria with "Rabito" - we were told it means "little tail" - she named him herself, and goes alsmost nowhere without him! He barks and wags his tail. The ladies at the court building loved him - and the "magnadoodle" we brought from home for Maria to write on. She writes things then we look them up in the "dictionario" (that was the first word she wrote for me). It is a good system, she has never spoken much to anyone - so it gives her another, less stressful way to communicate.
